A DJ who is making a name for himself in dance music is coming to San Diego.
Kyle Walker is a native of Los Angeles whose impact on dance music was substantial and successful almost from the beginning of his career. He has always loved house music and put his energy into making his reputation in the genre. Walker succeeded quickly, using sounds ranging from gritty tech house music to more melodic choices.
Walker’s success has led to some of house music’s biggest labels to release his work, including Saved Records, Club Sweat, D4 DANCE, and Repopulate Mars. He released one of his most anticipated works, “Strut” on D4 DANCE in 2022. The record went viral and was used in more than 250K videos in TikTok, and garnered more than one billion views on that platform.
Walker’s releases have led to him landing gigs on some of the country’s largest stages including the North Coast Music Festival, Nocturnal Wonderland, EDC Las Vegas, and others. He has also won the support of industry giants such as Lee Fosa, John Summit, Gorgon City, and more.
Kyle Walker will be at the Quartyard in downtown San Diego on July 26. The Quartyard is located at 1301 Market Street in downtown San Diego, a few blocks from Petco Park. Posters are often used to publicize events like this, and organizers will find them at Print shops.
