The Taste of San Clemente will be celebrating its 25th year in a couple of weeks.
Gourmets and gourmands alike will once again be able to enjoy an evening of sampling cuisine and libations from local eateries and vineyards. Guests must be 21 and over.
This year’s total number of participating restaurants will certainly surpass the 20 or so that hosted last year’s event. The evening’s entertainment will be presented by World Tour-Legends of Rock. Event organizers are confident that dancing will be unavoidable.
More than 40 gifts and baskets will be offered at the silent auction. Companies that donate to the auction will receive recognition in the event’s official program. Guests will receive their choice of custom Drinkware that will include engraved limited edition beer Mugs or wine glasses as mementos of the event. Since the event is such as special occasion this year, the dress code will be cocktail attire.
Tickets can be purchased through the San Clemente Chamber of Commerce. They will include the ‘Taste of San Clemente’ souvenirs, food, drinks, entertainment, and valet parking. Since there will not be any admission tickets for sale the evening of the event, it may be a good idea to purchase them as soon as possible.
The gala is scheduled for October 30, from 6:00 pm until 10:00 pm, at the Casino San Clemente, 140 W. Avenida Pico, San Clemente.
