The San Clemente Cup is arranged by Elite Soccer League and California Football Academy. Teams coming from San Diego to Riverside counties contribute to the varied and competitive environment across two days.
The tournament happens in Vista Hermosa Sports Park, which is located near the coast. The park is close to many attractions in Orange County, which makes it an appealing place for teams and their families. Spectators who take photos at the event are encouraged to send them to tournamentdirector.cfa@gmail.com. Players will often wear the Logo Design of sponsors on their playing shirts to help bring in funding for their teams.
The San Clemente Cup is open to teams with varying levels of playing ability, making sure there is an appropriate challenge for every team from casual to professional. The tournament takes place at the start of August, which makes it a good opportunity for teams who want to work on their skills and tactics before the regular season starts. Participating teams will expect to pay a sign-up fee of between $675 and $950. Each team will have a minimum of three games to play unless one of their opponents forfeits.
