A special evening is being planned by the City of San Clemente, the Downtown Business Association, and Casa Romantica. The night will be called Santa’s Village by the Sea and will feature three events along Avenida Del Mar.
Festivities begin at Christmas at the Casa. Holiday entertainment will include Dickens carolers along with cookies and hot chocolate. Little ones can enjoy crafts, write letters to Santa, and have photos taken with the Jolly Old Elf himself. Photos will make nice additions to this year’s Holiday Cards.
Santa’s Village will be the next event to open. Snow Hill will be ready for sledding. Kids can also enjoy decorating cookies, playing holiday games, and attending the Hot Cocoa factory. Santa will also be here, and the lighting of the Christmas tree will be the finale for this location.
The city will be also be Puttin’ on the Glitz. Live holiday music, an outdoor movie, train rides, and Cinderella carriage rides will entertain the kids. Adults can get some Christmas shopping done, as the stores will remain open for the occasion. Food trucks will be available too.
Santa’s Village by the Sea will be December 3 from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Christmas at the Casa will be at Casa Romantica from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Santa’s Village will be from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm at the Community Center, and Puttin’ on the Glitz will be at Avenida Del Mar from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
