San Clemente will be partying hard at several New Year’s Eve galas.
The Gardena Elks Lodge 1919, 1735 W. 162nd Street, will hold their 2019 NYE Party from 6:30 pm on December 31st until 1:00 am. The evening will be replete with dancing, dinner and champagne at midnight. Eric Harris, known professionally as DJ “E”, will provide the music. Tickets run $50 and can be pre-purchased at the lodge. Proceeds will go to the lodge’s charitable funds. Guests are encouraged to don their ugliest sweaters for the contest.
For those revelers that do not mind going out of town, the San Juan Golf Club, 32120 San Juan Creek Road, San Juan Capistrano, will host New Year’s Eve 2019 from 8:00 pm until 1:00 am. The band - Family Style - will play from 9:30 pm to 12:30 am. Guests can enjoy late night sweets and bites and join in the champagne toast at midnight. There will be a photo booth with a New Year’s theme available to take souvenir photos. Many times, photos like these are taken to local Stationery printers to become part of the next year’s family Calendars.
Civic Plaza, 22232 El Paseo, in Rancho Santa Margarita will bring in the New Year from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. New Year’s Eve “celebrating family and friends” will be a fun, safe environment for the whole family. The venue will feature music and strolling entertainment, food, inflatable rides, interactive games, and crafts.
