Our Calendars tell us it will soon be Halloween, and kids here in San Clemente will get their fill of Halloween activities and goodies when they attend a couple of events coming in a few weeks. They will be the Dana Wharf Kids Halloween Boo Cruise and the Candy Crawl.
The Boo Cruise will be a 20-minute tour through the Haunted Harbor. Costumes are welcome and there will be a costume contest on every trip. Proceeds from this event will go to benefitting Community Autism NOW.
The next afternoon the San Clemente Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual Candy Crawl. Local children are invited to dress in their Halloween costumes and go from business to business in outlets at San Clemente to collect Halloween candy and treats. There will be a costume contest, a spooky science demonstration, balloon animals, creepy crafts, and music. Businesses participating in the crawl will have costumed employees or balloons in front.
The Dana Wharf Kids Halloween Boo Cruises will be running every 20 minutes from Dana Wharf Sportfishing, 34675 Golden Lantern at Dana Point on Friday, October 28th from 5:00 pm until 7:00.
The Candy Crawl will be held at the Outlet Center, 101 West Avenida Vista Hermosa here in San Clemente, Saturday October 29. It will begin at 1:00 pm and go until 4:00 pm.
