A sunflower painting class will take place at Artifex Brewing Company in San Clemente this fall.
Billed as a paint and sip experience, an entry fee of $50 covers professional instruction, supplies, and a canvas supplied to participants.
The instructor of the course, which is hosted through Classpop!, is named Morgan. She will facilitate a guided experience tailored to each student's skill level, with no prior painting experience necessary.
With the use of brushes, paints and an apron, the instructor will walk participants through the step-by-step process of filling out their personal canvas with their own unique artwork.
There is a welcoming atmosphere in the course, where making judgments about artwork or the participants is not part of the experience. The class can be taken as an individual, as a couple, or in a group setting, serving as a backdrop for optional socializing.
People are encouraged to show up in casual, comfortable clothes, check in 10 minutes before the given start time, and ask the vendor where the exact entrance to the class experience is located.
