The Community Outreach Alliance will host its 3rd Annual Classic Charity Golf Classic fundraiser in September.
The tournament’s purpose is to not only get funds for the charity but to offer a fun and relaxing experience for the golfer and non- golfer alike.
Golfers will be put into teams of four or teams of four can register together. Registration will include breakfast, golf carts, happy hour, appetizers and of course golf.
The format will be that at each hole of the 18 holes, each player will hit a tee shot. Then all players continue play from the best shot. There will be contests and prizes along the course.
Both golfers and non-golfers can enjoy the breakfast before the tournament and the social hour, live entertainment, taco bar and silent auction before the awards ceremony.
Breakfast and check-in will start at 10:15 am. That will be followed with the shotgun start at noon. The social hour with the silent auction begins at 4:30 pm with the Awards ceremony starting at 6:00 pm.
Businesses that support events such as this can use event pictures in their brochure printing to aid in their advertising campaigns.
Proceeds from this tournament will go to benefit COA- a local nonprofit offering kids and teens educational activities and programs centered on nutrition, coping skills, self-esteem and addiction.
The 3rd Annual COA Charity Golf Tournament will be played at the Bella Collina Golf Course, 200 Avenida La Pata, Monday, September 23rd.
