All types of salsa will be up for tasting in another challenge. Prizes will be given out for the best salsa, best restaurant salsa, best decorated both, and people’s choice for individual and restaurant salsas. The public can get their taste from 10:00 am, and winners will be announced at 4:00 pm.

Kids will no doubt love to compete in the boot camp challenge and swish along the zipline and the criss-cross water slide. There will also be contests, face painting, balloon art and a Euro bungee.
