The 67th Annual San Clemente Fiesta Music Festival is scheduled for early August.
A total of 36 nonprofit service groups are expected to participate in this year’s festivities. These organizations will be selling international food and operating game booths that will raise funds for their various causes.
Local regional bands and performers will take to the three stages. Local groups such as Underground Dance Company & The Arts Project of Orange County and the San Clemente Dance & Performing Arts Center will also be on stage. Face painters, jugglers and clowns will be meandering throughout the crowd.
Contests will include hula hooping, sub-sandwich eating, ice cream eating, and jumping rope. There will also be pie eating, bubble gum blowing, an Easter Egg hunt, and a diaper derby.
Local San Clemente Chamber of Commerce member merchants and businesses will soon be updating Business Cards, getting flyer printing done, and ordering Promotional Products such as promotional Pens and items sporting the business Logo Design in order to have items ready for the Commerce’s Business Expo.
Southern California arts and craftspeople are getting hand-made items ready for the arts and crafts show.
The U.S. Army and Navy will distribute information and display vehicles. Groups such as Pet Project Foundation, Anaheim Ducks, and San Diego Gas & Electric will also have displays.
Fiesta Music Festival will be Sunday, August 9 from 9:00 am until 7:00 pm along Avenida Del Mar between the 100 and 200 blocks.
