Pleasanton invites residents to stroll downtown with wine

Pleasanton is hosting its annual Wine Stroll event this May.

During the Wine Stroll evening, participants can visit various shops, restaurants and other locations in downtown Pleasanton to taste different wines. Local vineyards and wineries will provide the samples. Musicians will perform in multiple locations on Main Street so attendees can listen to live music while walking between tasting locations.

Tickets for the event are available now through Eventbrite for $50 per person. All attendees need to be 21 or older. If tickets are still available on the day of the stroll, the price will increase to $60 per person. Refunds will not be available. Participants should check in at the Museum on Main, where they will receive their wristbands, special wine glasses and maps showing all of the participating locations.

Hacienda and the Alameda County Fairgrounds are sponsoring the Wine Stroll. Local event planners often use banner printing services to promote the event’s sponsors.

The Pleasanton Downtown Association (PDA) is running the event. The PDA is a nonprofit organization founded by the City Council to create and maintain a vibrant and welcoming downtown area. Pleasanton is home to more than 550 unique businesses, and PDA is proud to support this shopping environment.

The Downtown Pleasanton Wine Stroll will take place on Saturday, May 4 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
