Pleasanton chamber to host job fair

The Tri-Valley Chamber of Commerce Alliance is partnering with the Tri-Valley Career Center to host its annual job fair in Pleasanton this fall.

The event is free for job seekers. Employers interested in reserving a table can register now through Eventbrite. The cost is $300 for a table in one of the Career Center’s classrooms and $350 for a premium table in the Career Center’s main space. Premium tables usually sell out well in advance of the event. Table fees cover a table and two chairs, as well as listings in all of the marketing materials for the event. These will include a printed program and listing on the Career Center’s website with links to the businesses' websites. Organizers often work with Print shops to create event programs and other materials.

The Tri-Valley Chamber Alliance includes the Chambers of Commerce of Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin, Danville, and San Ramon. The city of Dublin is covering the registration fees for some qualifying small businesses. Dublin-based business owners should contact Amy Miller by email at amiller@clpccd.org to find out whether they meet the requirements.

Participating businesses are also invited to submit their job openings to the Tri-Valley Career Center’s online job board.

The Fall Job Fair will take place on Thursday, October 3 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Tri-Valley Career Center in Pleasanton.
