The Pleasanton Cultural Arts Council is hosting a Paris-themed fundraiser this spring.
The evening will include dancing, a silent auction, and a shopping area with a selection of items for sale themed around the French capital. Heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served starting at 7:30 pm, and a baguette and cheese station will be available throughout the evening. The silent auction will be open until 9:00 pm. The Cool Tones, a big band musical group, will perform for most of the evening.
Tickets are available online and cost $80 plus Eventbrite fees. This includes wine, beer, and other beverages. The Cultural Arts Council expects the event to sell out, so those planning to attend should purchase their tickets as soon as possible. Event organizers often use poster printing services to provide information about silent auction items. Sponsorship opportunities for local businesses are available too. Those interested can find the pricing and details on the Arts Council website.
The Pleasanton Cultural Arts Council works on promoting the arts in schools, businesses, and the community in general. It supports the Cultural Arts Building, the Amador Theater, and the Firehouse Arts Center, which offer programs in dance, music, ceramics, and more.
The A Night in Paris fundraiser will take place on Saturday, April 13 from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm at the Veterans Memorial Building in Pleasanton.
