Pleasanton is hosting a Wine and Art Stroll event in its downtown this spring.
During the evening, participating stores in downtown Pleasanton will offer wine tasting samples from local wineries paired with snacks and appetizers. Attendees can purchase an event ticket and then have access to the wine tasting areas in all the participating businesses. Locations will include Towne Center Books, Primrose Bakery, Studio Seven Arts, and Zachary’s Chicago Pizza. Musicians will perform around Main Street throughout the stroll, while live painters will turn the evening into artwork in real time.
The stroll event will take place during May’s First Weekend on Main, which means streets will be closed in historic downtown Pleasanton. Some restaurants will also be offering outdoor dining specials. Those planning to attend should purchase tickets in advance for $50 per person, plus Eventbrite fees. The Eventbrite page includes the full list of wineries that will be serving wine and businesses that will be acting as tasting locations.
Local businesses are invited to sponsor the event. Sponsors’ logos will be featured on Promotional Products like the wine glasses given to attendees, along with promotional materials for the event. Details are available on the Pleasanton Downtown website.
The Wine Stroll will take place on Saturday, May 6, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm in various downtown Pleasanton shops and restaurants.
