Our nation will be celebrated in Palm Desert on the 4th of July with an old-fashioned, family-friendly fireworks display.
Attendance at the highly anticipated event is free. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets or chairs to sit on, and a picnic to enjoy a fun dinner at sunset. There will also be a variety of food vendors onsite before the celebration starts presenting culinary options.
The National Anthem will kick off at 7:15 pm. followed by an outdoor concert at 7:30 p.m. The sky will light up with a 20-minute fireworks show at 9:00 p.m. with patriotic music as well as contemporary songs.
Banner printing can be ordered from local printing services to use to provide informational or directional communication for visitors. The Banners can be placed throughout outdoor venues highlighting parking, seating, concessions and special activities.
Alcoholic beverages, portable BBQs and smoking are prohibited, as are private fireworks. Flashlights are recommended for safety when leaving the park after the event.
Parking is available in surround parking lots. A free shuttle service will also be provided beginning at 6:00 p.m. and will cruise through the Gardens on El Paseo and the San Pablo lower level throughout the evening.
