Lashes galore in Palm Desert

A two-day course of instruction for becoming a lash technician will be presented by Dani K Lashing Academy in Palm Desert.

With the high demand for lash technicians due to increasing popularity in the beauty trend, training will be provided by Danni K. Danni is a certified lash technician, licensed esthetician, and experienced trainer. She teaches how to install individual lashes complementing the shape of the eye in a natural look.

The class will teach understanding of positioning installed lashes with the client’s natural lashes to obtain full volume. Each session with a client is customized, and included in the classes is a segment on the fanning technique, which can save time yet have the same impressive results.

For those just beginning their careers in lashing, the focus will be to understand the basics and get a jump start. For the more experienced attendees, customized classes will be designed to meet individual needs.

Promoting specialized events of this type can be handled through poster printing. Posters can be created in vibrant colors with relevant images. They can be mounted on flat surfaces or placed on easels in various areas in advance of events.

Each course will include book learning as well as hands-on training with lashes and equipment. The class will take place October 3 at the Skin Bar located at 72880 Fred Waring Drive.
