The Palm Desert Farmers’ Market will host the last event of the season this month.
The only certified farmers’ market in California, it offers fresh food products, entertainment, and innovative chef demonstrations as part of the experience.
Being a certified farmers’ market means that all the meats, vegetables, fruits and other products are grown on local farms, with many of the food products USDA Certified Organic. The farms are generally within a 90-mile radius.
The event is sponsored by the Palm Springs Cultural Center, which is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit entity. It has been established and organized for the development of county cultural arts such as art, film, performances, music, dance, and festivals. It is also dedicated to sponsoring scholarships for qualified local individuals.
Frequently, organizers of public events call upon the assistance of local printing services to create signage.
