HR group hosts educational event in Orange
In March, the California HR Team will be hosting an event titled “Strong Start” to get its latest recruits off and racing.
This is a company-wide professional development program tailored for those who have recently joined in business, CAD (computer-aided design) operator, and production positions. This event aims to acquaint attendees with the firm’s resources, expectations, culture, and objectives, while also facilitating networking among regional peers.
The Strong Start event agenda will run for eight hours, from the 7:30 AM breakfast to a wrap-up session at 3:30 PM. Northern California participants can opt to stay overnight on the eve of the event, and hotel arrangements will be made on their behalf.
