Homebuyer course to be hosted in Orange
The virtual Advanced HUD Approved 8-Hour Homebuyer Course is set to take place in Orange next month.

NWOC is a nonprofit organization that supports Orange County residents who are buying homes in the area by helping them find the right houses, suitable mortgage lenders, and offering resources such as a pre-purchase assessment, how to avoid foreclosure, and home buying courses.
The Advanced Hud Approved 8-Hour Homebuyer Course is suitable for individuals who are currently in escrow or preparing to buy a home in Orange within a year. The course includes topics such as credit lending, budgeting, home insurance, down payment plans, title, and the real estate purchasing process. When attending similar online courses, participants frequently utilize printing services to create physical copies of digital course materials to use as references.
All participants who take part in the course from beginning to end will receive a Homebuyer Certificate as proof as completion after their attendance is verified.
Those who are in the process of buying a home or who are planning to can enroll in the course for a fee of $25 per individual. Individuals who Last-minute registration costs $75 per person.
