Spirits high for Halloween

Spirit medium Sandra O’Hara and parapsychologist Loyd Auerbach – under his stage name of Professor Paranormal - will amaze and amuse guests in Lafeyette as just part of the excitement in the area this Halloween.

From 7:30 pm on October 31, Professor Paranormal will perform feats of prediction and mindreading on audience members and get their spirits up for renowned Irish psychic O’Hara, who aims to create a personal connection for audience members and their loved ones.

Guests are welcome to attend in costume for a chance to win a prize. Tickets are $65 in advance or $75 at the door, with the event taking place at The Town Hall Theatre in Lafayette.

For those in search of a scare, a haunted house will be held from 5:00 – 9:30 pm tomorrow, October 26, and October 28 – 29 at the Lafayette Community Center, 500 St Mary’s Rd, Lafayette.

Parents must accompany children aged seven or younger from 7:30 pm – 9:30 pm. For the younger children, a milder haunted house will be held from 5:00 pm – 7:00 p.m.

Admission is $3 for those under seven and $5 for ages eight and older. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Lafayette Youth Commission - something that banner printing will no doubt be addressing. For more information call (925) 284-2232.
