Lafayette is hosting its 28th annual Art and Wine Festival this September.
The event includes art vendors, food, live music, wine and beer tastings, and rides and activities for kids. Admission to the festival, including all music performances, is free. Attendees can visit more than 200 art vendors and 30 food vendors and restaurants. Vendors often use banner printing services to promote their tables at this type of event. The full music lineup and vendor lists are available on the festival website.
Tickets are required for the kids’ zones and the beer and wine booths. Drink tickets, which need to be purchased at one of the ticket booths during the event, are available both individually and in multi-drink packages. Attendees aged 21 and older should be prepared to show ID when purchasing tickets, and they will receive a wristband after verifying their age.
Free parking will be available in multiple nearby lots. Shuttle buses will run between the parking lots and the festival throughout the event. The festival is located a short walk from the Lafayette BART station. Three free water bottle refilling stations will be available.
The festival will take place on Saturday, September 20 from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and Sunday, September 21 from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm in downtown Lafayette. Dogs on leashes are welcome.
