The First Annual San Diego Tijuana International Jazz Festival will take place in both the United States and Mexico, inspired by events such as jazz great Jelly Roll Morton’s numerous trips to Tijuana in 1921, and the fact Carlos Santana started his career there. The three-day festival starts in Escondido, moves to Tijuana, then returns to San Diego
