Jazz, comedy, and wine take stage in Escondido

A combined live music and comedy showcase will return to Escondido this winter as Jazz and Jokes brings an evening of performance to Forgotten Barrel Winery.

The musical portion of the program features multi-instrumentalist Jason Brown, professionally known as JB Saxx. Brown is recognized for his versatility across saxophone, vocals, guitar, and keys, and has shared stages with nationally known artists while also opening for major touring acts.

Comedy will follow the live music set, beginning with San Diego-based performer Jesse Egan, a contest-winning comic with television appearances and a national touring background. He will be joined by Louie Centanni, whose observational style and storytelling have earned him recognition at major comedy venues and festivals. Brendan Jay will appear as a guest performer, bringing impression work and personal humor shaped by his military experience. Hosting duties for the night will be handled by Edna Nerona, a musical comedian and speaker with local and national recognition.

Professional banner printing may be displayed throughout the venue of events such as this one, providing visibility for sponsors and enhancing the event’s visual presentation.

General admission tickets are priced at $23.18 per person. Seating is first-come, first-served, and ticket sales close on the day of the show.

The show will occur on February 21st from 6 pm to 9 pm. The doors will open at 5:30 pm. The location will be the Forgotten Barrel Winery, 1120 West 15th Avenue, Escondido, California.
