Two events are coming to the Tucson area this holiday season.
First up, the Tucson Botanical Gardens will be hosting selected evening displays of thousands of luminaries and twinkling lights in the Gardens, accompanied by décor of the season, food from local vendors with a wide variety of treats and snacks, and live music with a large lineup of performances offering music from the season.
There will be visits with Santa, and, new for this year, the ability to stroll through the Gardens and see the sculptures of the Nature Connects LEGO lit up at night. Also new for this year are a visitor center and gift shop where the event entrance will be, and beer and wine will also be available for sale.
This is the 29th year of the Luminaria Nights, and it will be on December 4, 5, 6 and 11, 12, 13, from 5:30 to 8:30 pm each evening.
Another Festival of Lights will be held in Winterhaven, a short distance from Tucson. The use of party bikes will enable attendees to view the lights and decorations and enable groups of friends, families, and companies to view the lights in family friendly tours.
The Winterhaven Festival of Lights runs from December 12 through 16 from 6:00 to 10:00 pm.
Both Festivals might want to collaborate together with a flyer printing company to promote their special events to the Tucson community.
