Those who live in Tucson may want to travel to Tubac for the annual Fall Arts and Crafts Festival to see more than 100 artists and crafters and enjoy the mild fall weather in southern Arizona.
Presented by the Tubac Chamber of Commerce, the Festival will feature a variety of artwork that will include fun and functional ceramics, fine paintings and sculptures, shimmering pieces of glass and wood, and leatherworks that have been skillfully crafted.
Artists from across the United States participate in the event and will also have mixed media works, photography, and unique jewelry and clothing on display. Many of the items are one-of-a-kind, making the event an ideal venue for holiday shopping.
According to Angela Kirkner, Executive Director of the Chamber of Commerce, there is something for everyone at this show. In addition to the creative crafts and fine art, there will be food and gourmet items. There will be a Food Court with festival staples such as ice cream, cheese steaks, and barbeque. The San Francisco Chocolate Factory will have its chocolate-dipped strawberries and bananas, and various Arizona wineries will be on hand for tastings.
Many vendors may turn to brochure printers for printing Brochures and other informational materials about their artwork and crafts, including pictures of items and contact information.
The Festival will take place on November 6, 7, and 8 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm each day.
