Award-winning eatery expands in Tucson

Having opened its first restaurant in Tucson in January, First Watch recently announced it will be opening four more locations in the city this month.

According to president of First Watch, Chris Tomasso, the eatery, which serves breakfast, brunch and lunch, has been in Arizona for close to 25 years and has been warmly welcomed by the community. It was therefore an easy decision to open these four new restaurants.

The menu of First Watch uses farm fresh ingredients to improve both traditional and innovative offerings, such as lemon ricotta pancakes, smoked salmon eggs benedict, and avocado toast. There will also be healthy items on the menu, including freshly squeezed orange juice, vegetables roasted in-house, and organic greens.

Other specialties of the eatery include its fresh juice bar and its premium blend coffee, which is made from hand-selected, slow-roasted coffee beans from North, South, and Central America.

The four new restaurants once operated as The Good Egg restaurants, which First Watch acquired, and will be renovated with the latest design of the chain, which combines a high-energy, urban vibe with farm-fresh elements.

First Watch will be open seven days a week serving its entire menu and will also provide free Wi-Fi Internet access and complimentary newspapers to its customers. Despite the restaurant’s popularity in the area, poster printing will no doubt help to boost publicity of the new restaurants further.
