The Innings Festival for 2020 will be coming to Tempe Beach Park and Arts Park next month.
The musical event, which will last two days, will feature the Dave Matthews Band on the first day and Weezer on the second day. Performing along with the Dave Matthews Band will be Boy Named Banjo; Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit; Whiskey Myers; and Dr. Dog, among others. This the third appearance for the Dave Matthews Band at this festival.
Scheduled to perform along with Weezer are Pedro the Lion; Death Cab for Cutie; Wilderado; and Big Head Todd and the Monsters. As the festival coincides with Spring Training, other performers for the weekend include MLB Legends, Aaron Roward, Jake Peavy, and Miguel Montero.
Major festivals such as this one are often promoted through poster printing.
C3 Presents is producing the show. Among its other well-known shows are the Lollapalooza festival in Chicago and Austin City Limits in Austin, Texas. The first year of the festival was in 2018. It lasted for three days and featured Chris Stapleton, The Avett Brothers, and Queens of Stone Age. Last year, there were 25,000 people at the festival, which was headlined by Jimmy Eat World, Sheryl Crow, Incubus, and Eddie Vedder.
The festival will take place on Saturday, February 29 and Sunday, March 1.
