Renovated Tempe property signs on new businesses

Arbor, a project that will transform the mixed-use Hayden Station property into a unique retail and office destination in downtown Tempe, is in the final stages of renovation and has assembled several pre-lease commitments.

Over 32,000 square feet of the project is pre-leased, which is about one quarter of the project. Among the pre-leases are Worldwide Express, a logistics company that delivers over 120,000 packages a day; Radius AI, a firm based in technology that specializes in the implementation of artificial intelligence in the consumer retail industry with devices that collect real-time data about consumer habits; and Trainual, a local software company that focuses in onboarding, knowledge management, and employee training. New printed materials, including updates to Letterheads or Business Cards, are often needed for such moves, and are frequently provided by local printing services.

The design of Arbor has a palette of natural materials to create a resort style, indoor/outdoor environment. There is an amenity lounge at a central location, which will offer coffee shop-style seating, concierge services, a cocktail bar, and a test kitchen.

There will also be a wellness center next to the lounge and it will have a fitness center with day lockers, cardio equipment, Peloton bikes, saunas with towel service, and meditation pools.

The renovation of Arbor is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
