Gadzooks Enchiladas & Soup, a restaurant where guests can make their own enchiladas and tacos, recently opened in Tempe, close to the campus of Arizona State University (ASU). This is the third such restaurant in the chain in the area, with the others being in Phoenix and Arcadia.
Diners choose the meats, cheeses, and sauces, and then their enchiladas or tacos are cooked in a stone oven powered by gas. Once done, the toppings are then selected.
Aaron Pool is a co-owner of the restaurant with his brother Jared. A graduate of the W.P. Carey School of Business of ASU, Aaron commented that the idea for Gadzooks started in one of his classes at the University, so it was ideal to bring the eatery to its origin in Tempe. Promotional Products can be used to advertise the opening of such restaurants and their unique cuisine and serving options.
The restaurant is housed in a building measuring 1,927 square feet in size, previously occupied by a nonprofit youth center. It is similar in design to the other restaurants, featuring orange-coloured furniture and decor, concrete elements, and dining both indoors and outdoors, with a patio spanning 370 square feet.
Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the restaurant. Gadzooks also provides catering for events of any size.
