A second residential apartment complex will be developed in Tempe by Milhaus, an award-winning, operator and owner of Class-A multifamily properties.
The development will be on Apache Boulevard in Tempe and will have five live-work spaces and 219 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartment units. It will cost $56m to build.
Among the featured amenities at the development will be a resident lounge with in-house barista and a coffee shop, a game and recreation room, a pet-friendly bark park and spa, fitness center and yoga studio, and a pool and outdoor entertainment deck with fire pits.
Cul De Sac is next to the development and is a new mixed use cultural district that includes retail shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Brochure printing is often used to provide more details about such communities and their features.
Vice President of Development at Milhaus, Brad Vogelsmeier, expressed his excitement about adding to the tremendous growth in Tempe. He said that this development is in the corridor of the Valley Metro Rail and will provide a sustainable lifestyle and quality housing with a location that is in the heart of one of the largest employment centers in Phoenix, and close to the Mill Avenue Cultural District.
CCBG Architects; Design-Art; McShane Construction, LLC; and 3 Engineering are working with Milhaus to bring this new community to the city.
