The firm was created by an entrepreneur called
Adam Younger. He was dissatisfied with the capacity of other review sites as they were not providing him with much information about how much it cost to get a customer. Bidology could use a Print company in Tempe for promotional reasons. Mr. Younger has told the Phoenix Business Journal:
“It’s exciting. We sold our small business to fund this.”
Bidology has been built with an investment of around $100,000. The sale of two hair salons was instrumental in raising the capital in question.
The reasoning behind the enterprise has been outlined by Mr. Younger. He has explained that companies have the opportunity to offer their services for nothing, while individuals ask for bids on specific tasks. Bidology has been making its money by taking a small cut from the total transactions delivered. This handling charge has been levied at the rate of two per cent.
It has been reported that the business is not operational outside Arizona at the moment. Nevertheless, there are concrete plans to roll out the coverage of the company by the fall.
It has been revealed that consumers and organizations have been finding out about the service by personal recommendation. Approximately 100 requests have made to use the service so far.
