Watermark Tempe is a high-class mixed used development at the SWC Loop 202 and Scottsdale Road in Tempe. It spans 1.9 million square feet with 265,000 square feet of Class A office space and 44,000 square feet of retail space. Fenix Development, Inc. based in Los Angeles, is a privately-owned real estate development and investment company and owns Watermark Tempe. Brent Mallonee, Vice President of Cushman and Wakefield, leads all the retail leasing efforts for the project.
