A new month-to-month logistics and flex-warehouse space from Portal Warehousing is now opened in Tempe.
The space is on Wilson Street and caters to e-commerce, small business, and industrial tenants and merchants. The facility spans 35,000 square feet and has 36 units, to accommodate many kinds of business owners in spaces ranging from 40 to 1,500 square feet.
A membership in the new facility provides amenities to business owners that include reception services, high-speed Internet, shared community spaces for networking and social events, community events, and support for growth. Members also have access to direct-to-consumer business essentials such as shipping and receiving, enterprise-level equipment, and dock high and grade level doors. There are also conference spaces and co-working areas that can be used on an as-needed basis.

Alex Morrison, CEO and co-founder of Portal Warehousing, said that this facility is ideal for e-commerce businesses and merchants with physical goods that no longer have room in their starter space. There is an on-site community manager daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. members can get access 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
