Visitors and residents alike are invited to take part in an opportunity to learn more about the history and culture of the local area, and have a great time doing it.
Hayden’s Ferry Days will provide both young and old guests with a chance to participate in a variety of activities that will be fun for all. It opens with a gala dinner at Hackett House, and the next day, there will be the Kiwanis Nuevo car Show and the Hayden’s Ferry Day’s Festival.
As part of the celebration, the historic and civic buildings that dot the local community will be showcased. There will also be a variety of indoor and outdoor activities, live entertainment, food vendors, games, and fun for the kids. The festivities begin with the gala dinner, which is scheduled to take place on March 18 from 7:00 pm until 8:00 pm. On March 19, the car show starts at 10:00 am and the festival itself begins at noon at the Tempe History Museum and Library Complex.
