Align Technology, Inc. now has a new global corporate headquarters in Tempe.
Its campus in San Jose, California will become the home for the new Digital Innovation Center, which is currently being built, and remain the center for is marketing, product, and global innovations organizations.
Those 150 employees in general and administrative roles at headquarters will have the option to continue working from their current locations or to relocate to Tempe. The chief executive officers of the company will be moving to Tempe. Moves of corporate headquarters often require Stationery printers as new Letterheads, Business Cards, and other company materials need to be printed.
Joe Hogan, CEO of Align, which is a leader in digital dentistry and orthodontics, said that such moves are important for the company and allow it to continue to invest in new technologies and products that are beneficial for its doctor customers and their patients. He added that the company will now have the capacity for greater innovation at its San Jose facility while being able to achieve superior, long-term operating efficiencies in Arizona. He said that Tempe was selected for Align’s new corporate headquarters as it has an excellent overall quality of life, low cost of living, and favorable corporate operating environment.
Doug Ducey, Governor of Arizona, and Sandra Watson, President and CEO of the Arizona Commerce Authority, welcomed Align to the state.
