Harper in South Tempe has recently been acquired by The Praedium Group based in New York City – a real estate investment firm known throughout the country.
Harper is a development with eight three-story buildings with one-, two- and three- bedroom homes. It was built in 2018 and the units have modern finishes. Principal of The Praedium Group, Peter Calatozzo, commented that Harper is located in an area of the city that is growing, with companies expanding and relocating to the area, ensuring a wide range of employment.
