The annual Roots N’ Boots: More Than a Rodeo event is returning to Queen Creek this March.
The event features rodeo performances as well as a variety of other attractions like horse demonstrations, an antique tractor show, dancing, pony rides and kids’ activities. Roots N’ Boots includes both free and ticketed attractions, so those planning to attend should check the website for schedules and other details.
Free activities will include rodeo dances on Friday and Saturday nights, a Thursday evening youth dance, a pancake breakfast and a Mariachi and Folklorico performance. There will also be a vendor area with a selection of food and retail booths. Horsemanship clinics start at $200 with limited space available.
Rodeo and bull riding tickets are available online now. Tickets cost $35 for box seats and $25 for adult general admission. Discounts are available for children, military and first responders. Attendees should purchase their tickets online in advance and have the QR code from the confirmation email ready to show at the gate. Parking is $10 per vehicle. A limited number of preferred parking spaces, which are closer to the venue, are available for $20.
Roots N’ Boots will run from Tuesday, March 17 to Sunday, March 22, at Horseshoe Park in Queen Creek.
