The Queen Creek Olive Mill is running an outdoor painting class this summer.
The class will take place in the mill’s olive groves. Attendees will paint a scene with an olive tree, sunset and desert background inspired by the session’s setting. All painting supplies, including paints, brushes, and a canvas, will be provided. An experienced instructor will lead participants through the steps to create a painting. Those attending with a friend or partner can opt to paint a larger version of the scene over their two canvases.
Tickets are available online through Eventbrite now for $65.87, which includes fees. Seating will be assigned, so any friends or groups who register separately should email the Olive Mill to ensure they are seated together. Local businesses often use Graphic Design Services to create printed and digital promotions for their special events.
One glass of prosecco is included with the ticket price. A limited selection of snacks and drinks will be available for purchase. These include a tasting plate of five brochette flavors for $12.25 and a bottle of wine and an antipasti board for $29.58. The organizers recommend pre-ordering these online, but some may be available the night of the event.
The event will be on Wednesday, June 24 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm at the Queen Creek Olive Mill.
