The Queen Creek chapter of The Bold Women’s Network is hosting a monthly lunch meeting this July.
The group works to provide a comfortable setting for female professionals, especially mothers and grandmothers, to network and build their businesses or advance their careers. The organizers look for opportunities to introduce members directly to potential customers or clients when possible. Participants are encouraged to bring their Business Cards and any other promotional materials they have, but this is optional. Members also often connect with one another on social media.
Attendees need to join The Bold Women’s Network before registering for an event. The cost is $25, which covers lunch including tax and tip and acts as a monthly membership fee. Any remaining proceeds are donated to a local nonprofit with a goal of giving at least $1000 per quarter. Members can nominate organizations they would like the network to consider supporting.
The group is limited to two members per industry to allow participants to make contacts in different fields. Members can secure their positions as industry representatives by attending two consecutive lunches. Those with side businesses or multiple roles should choose their primary industry when joining the network.
The next meeting will take place on Thursday, July 10 from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm at IHOP in Queen Creek.
