The Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce is partnering with the Chambers of Chandler and Gilbert to host an event focused on the future of work this winter.
The 2025 Tri City Business and Education Summit will include a keynote speaker and an interactive workshop. The event is intended to bring together government, business, and education professionals to discuss the trends and challenges in the workforce overall. This year’s theme is The Future of Work: Strategies for Success. The organizers are adding a focus on regional issues this year as well.
Mark Perna, a professional speaker and generational expert, will give the keynote address. Perna is passionate about the untapped potential of younger generations and discusses how younger workers think and what motivates them. He also wrote the book Answering Why: Unleashing Passion, Purpose & Performance in Younger Generations.
Those planning to attend should sign up on the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce’s website. The cost is $15 per person plus transaction fees. A continental breakfast will be included. First Things First, an organization that funds early education programs and health services for children in Arizona, is sponsoring the conference. Sponsors often give out promotional Pens or other items at this type of event.
The Business and Education Summit will take place on Friday, February 21 from 7:30 am to 9:30 am in Agave Hall at Chandler Gilbert Community College.
