Social restaurant coming to Menomonee Falls area
A three-story bar, lounge, and rooftop garden restaurant is coming to Menomonee Falls neighboring town, Brookfield.
The plan is for Lake Country Social to be built in The Corners of Brookfield, which is a busy $250m development designed for multiple use. It will feature multiple levels with dining for over 100 people in a casual open lakeside-type environment, and an open kitchen. Windows that stretch from the floor to the ceiling will be part of the bar, which will seat 45 people.
The bottom level will have a more luxurious and formal lounge atmosphere, with dining areas for more private events. It will have one of the biggest collections of American gin and bourbon in the area. There will also be a high-tech audiovisual setup, fire pits, and a wine and cheese bar with a wood, copper, and glass back bar.
According to Director of Hospitality for project organizer RNO Maddy Van Elzen, the rooftop garden area will have a constant festive atmosphere, and there will be the biggest fish fry in the area every Friday during the summer. She adds that weekend brunches and renting the space for events will also put the roof to good use.
