Movies return to Menomonee Falls library

The Menomonee Falls Public Library is once again showing movies in early 2022.

The Library will be hosting a showing of The Courier, a spy thriller starring Benedict Cumberbatch, Merab Ninidze, Rachel Brosnahan and Jessie Buckley.

The movie itself is a spy drama that tells a fictional version of the story of Greville Wynne, a British engineer turned spy who helped British Intelligence and the CIA learn more about the Russian’s nuclear programs. In the movie, Wynne and others help to cool down the nearly deadly exchange of nuclear missiles between the United States and the Soviet Union during the Cuban Missile Crisis.
Before or after the event, patrons will be able to check out the library and explore its offerings.

While there is no cost to the event, pre-registration is required in order to reserve seating. Seats are limited to the first 40 people who register, so guests should be sure to act fast to get their tickets.

Events like this are usually promoted throughout town. Printing services, flyers, and digital ads are often used to make sure Menomonee Falls residents are aware of what is going on in the area.

The showing begins at 2:15 pm on January 18. Guests can sign up for a seat at the Library’s website, and while there, they can check out more events and movie showings at the venue which is located at W156N8436 Pilgrim Road.
