In what may be promising news for approximately 500 employees of Bradley Corp. who work in Menomonee Falls, Watts Water Technologies has revealed its intention to acquire Bradley for $303m. The company that has been under the ownership of the Mullett family for five generations. The sale is anticipated to be finalized by the end of the year. Jon Dommisse, the VP of marketing and strategy at Bradley Corp, said to the Milwaukee Business Journal:
With the change in ownership, Bradley Corp. plans to maintain its commitment to investing in advanced technology and equipment at its local facilities, as stated by Dommisse. He also noted that Watts will expedite these investments. Watts also intends to keep the current leadership team at Bradley Corp.
Bradley's range of products encompasses washroom accessories, plumbing fixtures, and emergency items. Individuals using washrooms equipped with Bradley products will notice the brand's name prominently displayed in these areas.
