The ninth Aquaduck’s Spring Wine Trail is taking place in Burlington this March.
During the event, participants can taste 30 wines at 15 different locations in downtown Burlington. Food will be available at each tasting destination as well. To avoid crowding or backups, the organizers will assign participants to small groups and give each group a schedule that staggers their arrival at the shops and restaurants. Organizers often use flyer printing services to promote this type of local event.
Tickets are available online now for $60 per person plus a $1.50 processing fee. Participants must be 21 or older. Tickets are limited, so those planning to attend should reserve their spots as soon as possible. Participants will need to check in and show their driver’s license or photo ID at the beginning of the event. Each ticket includes a raffle entry for the chance to win more than $500 in gas and grocery store gift cards.
Proceeds from the event will support Browns Lake Aquaducks, a local nonprofit waterskiing group. The organization’s main program is a competitive show team, which hosts shows for the community throughout the summer. It also runs a junior program for people aged 8 to 18 who are interested in an introduction to show skiing.
The Aquaduck’s Spring Wine Trail event will be on Saturday, March 28 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm in downtown Burlington.
