Farms help keep the world well fed, and a Burlington activity will give families the opportunity to learn more about how they do so first hand.
Parents and kids, and anyone else who is interested, are invited to attend the Racine county Breakfast on the Farm activity, which will add an extra touch of fun to mid-June. It will be on offer at the Schaal Dairy Farm, and will kick off in the early morning.
The public that attends the celebration will be treated to a hearty breakfast with items such as eggs, milk, sausages and ice cream all on the menu. The guests can learn more about how the farm operates, and a petting zoo will be set up. The children can try their hand at the games, and live music will have everyone’s toes tapping. Children age 5 and under may enter and enjoy their breakfast free of charge.
A farm-based activity can be both fun and educational, and may give the public the chance to find out where their food comes from. A poster printing company can lend a hand with these things by supplying an assortment of marketing materials.
Schaal Dairy Farm, which is located at 1800 McKee Road, will host its Breakfast on the Farm on June 22nd. It will run from 7:00 am until 11:00 am.
