Tribute to country legend heading to Yakima

A tribute band a country music giant is coming to Yakima.

Roll On: A Tribute to Alabama has the task of living up to the group the RIAA named “Country Group of the Century” in 2023. Alabama won more than 200 awards from various organizations, including “Artist of the Decade,” from the Academy of Country Music in 1989.

Roll On comprises a quartet of experienced musicians who have experience in multiple music genres. The current lineup is Brian Pelky, Jerry Hatcher, Doug Reeder, and Jerod Moore.

Pelky is a native of Santa Barbara, California, where he began playing the banjo and guitar when he was eight. He is a multi-instrumentalist who has been with the Portland, Oregon band 5 Guys Named Moe for over 20 years. He is currently the pit guitarist for Portland’s Keller Auditorium.

Gresham, Oregon, native Jerry Hatcher has toured and performed with acts like Shades of Huey, and Flavour. He plays keys, mandolin, guitar, and bass, and is a vocalist.

Guitarist/vocalist Doug Reeder is from Southern California, has been in numerous bands throughout the Pacific Northwest and has toured across the United States and in New Zealand, Australia, and Europe.

Drummer Jerod Moore is from Alaska and worked for Carnival Cruise Line for ten years. He records with the group “The Jazz Standard.”

Roll On will be at the Seasons Performance Hall on October 4. Posters are the perfect product to advertise events like this, and they can be created by printers using poster printing.
