Two young artists will keep Yakima rapping soon.
Yung Bleu (Jeremy Biddle) will be coming to Yakima with his guest ATM Danny. Bleu is a native of Mobile, Alabama, who began his career in 2013, releasing mixtapes that won him recognition in the music scene in the South, and a contract from the Bad Azz Music Syndicate label.
Bleu’s best-known song is “You’re Mine Still,” a single he dropped in 2020, and which Drake, a Canadian rapper remixed, with the result that it climbed to No. 18 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
He continued to release singles and mixtapes, often collaborating with other artists. He dropped his first studio album, “Moon Boy,” in 2021, which the RIAA rated Gold. He followed that with “Tantra” (2022), “Love Scars II” (2023), and 2024’s “Jeremy.” All four albums have charted.
Rising music artist ATM Danny will be in Yakima along with Bleu. ATM Danny (Danny Hernandez) grew up in Van Nuys where he began recording music in 2015. His breakthrough came in 2023 when his track “I’m On” went viral on TikTok, growing his online views from 400 to more than 100,000 per month. Danny’s music has proven impossible to classify but is often considered a smooth West Coast sound with a unique twist.
The two will be at La Forja Event Center, 10 1/2 East Washington Avenue in Yakima on April 4. To support shows like this, organizers can use poster printing to create colorful advertisements for the event.
