Guitar World Magazine called Joe Bonamassa the:
“. . . world’s biggest blues guitarist.”
He is repeatedly hailed as one of the finest guitarists of his generation, and a performer whose appearances are a must-see.
Bonamassa was raised in Utica, New York, by a father who loved music and played British blues records for the youngster. He encouraged the boy when the youngster began playing guitar at age four. When he was eleven, Joe was mentored by American guitar great Danny Gatton, and at twelve, he opened approximately 20 shows for the legendary B.B. King.
Unlike many other American artists, Bonamassa found inspiration not in American blues, but in the English and Irish musicians he had heard growing up—Jeff Beck and Eric Clapton among them.
His recording career has been prolific, with three Grammy nominations to his credit. He has also placed no fewer 25 albums into the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Blues Albums chart thus far.

Joe Bonamassa will be live at the Capitol Theatre in Yakima on May 26. Organizers of events like this can publicize them successfully using poster printing.
