Woodinville has a fur ball
Woodinville animal lovers will have a chance to support and celebrate animals soon, at a special event.
Homeward Pet, one of Washington State's biggest no-kill animal shelters, is hosting its 30th Anniversary Fur Ball Auction & Dinner. There will be room for 500 guests who join together to show their support for the adoption and care of homeless dogs and cats in the Woodinville community. The shelter believes each of these animals deserves a chance at finding a forever home.
The shelter is thrilled to be celebrating 30 years of saving animals and helping them find new homes The evening will include games, raffles, live auctions, silent auctions, and wine and food. In addition, some of the animals at the shelter will be making an appearance to make the evening complete.
Homeward Pet takes care of over 1,900 dogs and cats every year. The Fur Ball gives the shelter the chance to share some of the best stories about the animals and their adventures, and to raise the money it needs to keep protecting the animals. Poster printing is often used to publicize this type of event.
At this time, the Fur Ball is scheduled to take place at the Homeward Pet Adoption Center, which is located on NE 177th Place in Woodinville. The event is scheduled for May 16, from 5:30 pm until 9:00 pm. People interested in going should contact the shelter to see if there are any schedule changes.
