Several comedians are teaming up to bring the laughs to Woodinville.
Duane Goad is the headliner, with his special guest Drew Wilson-McGrath. Luke Severeid is also on the bill.
Duane Goad was born in Canada but is now based in Seattle. He has performed at comedy clubs throughout the country, and at events like the Las Vegas Comedy Festival. He was a finalist in the Seattle International Comedy Competition and has opened for comics such as Bill Burr and Jim Gaffigan, and even for superstars of music such as Earth Wind & Fire.
Drew Wilson-McGrath is based in Portland and performs up and down the Left Coast. In Oregon, he runs “The Laughing Matter,” a show at Portland’s Steeplejack Brewing, and the “North Coast Comedy Night” at the Liberty Theater in Astoria. Among other things, he jokes about his attempt to be a dad to many stray cats – an endeavor he does not recommend.
Luke Severeid is an actor and comedian who has performed throughout the U.S. and Canada in festivals like the Seattle International Comedy Competition, the Bumbershoot Music Festival, and The Sactown Comedy Get Down, as well as appearing in several films. His comedy is raucous, loud, and high-energy.
The show is scheduled for February 11 at Black Raven Brewing, and is limited to those 21 and over, due to both the venue and the comedy material. Organizers of this type of event can use flyer printing to create handouts to advertise the evening.
